Auguste Escoffier (1846-1935) was considered "the king of cooks" and "the cook of kings".

Founder of the French Cuisine Charter.

Visit + Cooking class with lunch, only by appointment, for a total group of 10 people : ask for the price

Cooking class confirmed from 8 people registered .

 

 

Lunch consists of:

> an aperitif with artisanal Marseille Pastis with tapenade made together,

> the first serving of fish soup with croutons and rust,

> then the second serving of the soup with the 5 fish truths ,

> accompanied by a glass of rosé wine and a white wine from Provence,

> a lemon sorbet

> an oriental café from Maison Noaïlles (coffee specialist since 1927) with a local specialty.
